ABOUT ME
The passion with cooking began with eating. Andrea's mother spent countless hours scouring cooking books and magazines to create an adventurous dinner. Everyday Andrea and her brother's first words were, "What's for dinner?"
After high school, Andrea attended Les Roches Swiss Hotel Management School in Europe. The three-year diploma included half her time in culinary study. The training included butchery, pastry, garde manger, saucier and banquets. During this time, Andrea worked in hotel kitchens in both Europe and Canada.
Even though the majority of her hotel career was in the sales and marketing field, the cooking passion never wavered. She kept up her practice by attending countless cooking classes and creating meals for her family and friends.
The passion for cooking along with the encouragement from family and friends has inspired her to create her own company and to bring that inspiration into other people's homes.
Andrea is a graduate of the Culinary Business Institute and a member of the United States and Canadian Personal Chef's Association. She has also completed her provincial certification FOODSAFE through Calgary Regional Health.
After getting married, Andrea now gets the question herself, "What's for dinner?"
